Driver, 18, arrested after vehicle hits house in Pelham

An eighteen-year-old driver has been charged after colliding with a house in Pelham early Sunday morning.

Niagara police responded to the area of Haist Street and Pancake Lane to reports of a motor vehicle collision around 3 a.m.

Investigations showed that the accused was driving a silver Subaru Crossover when it collided with a house.

While there were no injuries as a result of the incident, there was extensive damage to the home.

The unidentified 18-year-old man now faces charges of careless driving.
