Dozens of dogs rescued from Northern Manitoba are being put up for adoption in Niagara

A large group of stray dogs have been rescued from Northern Manitoba, and are now in Niagara. The dogs come from communities that have organized culls to control feral dog populations. Adam Atkinson reports.
