Details of Ontario’s Stage 3 reopening expected Monday

We’re expecting to hear details on Stage 3 of Ontario’s reopening plan on Monday.

The premier’s office says they’re set to be released in the afternoon.

According to a government document from April, Stage 3 includes:

• the re-opening of remaining workplaces and services, with remote work expected to continue wherever possible
• restaurants, bars and other food services will be able to open for dine-in with public health measures in place
• the opening of gyms, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities and playgrounds

It remains to be seen whether there will be a regional approach to the stage, like there was for Stage 2.
