Deadly explosion at fireworks market in Mexico

A massive explosion at a fireworks market in Mexico has killed at least 29 people and injured more than 70 others.

Authorities are investigating what set off the chain-reaction blast at the San Pablito market near Mexico City Tuesday afternoon.

There was believed to be some 2,000 people present at the market when the explosion happened.

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto tweeted his condolences to the victims and their families.
