“The Red Maple Leaf”, starred and directed by Canadian Frank D’Angelo, had its Canadian premiere at Hamilton’s Zoetic Theatre on Nov. 11.

The movie, also a “Best Picture” award winner at the Action of Film Festival, was thought of, filmed and edited in Hamilton.

Of the cast and crew in attendance for the screening, Daniel Baldwin spoke to CHCH about the election results and how his brother Alec’s Saturday Night Live impersonations of President-elect Donald Trump. Baldwin said be believes the Trump skits may have had the opposite effect of what was actually intended.
