Crime Stoppers appreciation night
As Crime Stoppers month comes to an end, the Hamilton arm of the organization held an evening of appreciation Tuesday night.
The event gives the organization a chance to thank members of the public and corporations who help keep Crime Stoppers running. CHCH News viewers know the Crime Stoppers segments run every Saturday after the 6pm news and the man responsible for producing and directing those re-enactments, Nick Olchowy, was recognized for his long time dedication to Crime Stoppers. The new Crime Stoppers mascot ‘Hammer Town Hero’ was also unveiled. You’ll see a lot more of the mascot in the coming year.
