Crews on cargo ships say they’re having trouble getting vaccinated

If you were near the waterfront over the noon hour you might have heard the blast from nearby cargo ships, drawing attention to a problem on board. Many of the people who work on those ships are unvaccinated and say they’re having trouble getting their shots.  Manesa Dhanabalan has the story.
