The case of a Hamilton Police officer arrested during the guns and gangs “Project Pharoah” investigation was in court Tuesday in Toronto.

Craig Ruthowksy was not in court himself, as his lawyer appeared on his behalf. The case has been moved to September 30th, 2015.

The 17-year veteran of the Hamilton Police Service is accused of being part of a Hamilton criminal group that did business with the Toronto street gang Monstarz. Ruthowsky remains suspended with pay.
