A husband and wife died just hours apart. The village of Tansley Woods retirement home in Burlington says the two residents were positive for COVID-19. The facility on upper-middle road is the latest to declare an outbreak in our area. Public health officials say COVID in retirement and longterm care facilities is inevitable. Kelly Botelho reports.
