Thursday marks one year since the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has declared the a National Day of Observance in the deadly health crisis and will deliver a reflective statement in the Commons.

Worldwide we’ve seen 2.5-million COVID deaths, including more than 22,000 Canadian lives lost and nearly 7,100 in Ontario.
