CHCH News anchor Matt Ingram speaks with Brad Clark, Hamilton’s ward 9 councillor, who represents the area where a landfill has accrued multiple charges.

The landfill in Stoney Creek is facing 10 charges under the Environmental Protection Act related to its alleged discharge of air contaminants and smells.

Clark explains his thoughts, after saying the charges and fines against the landfill as not enough and what he wants the province to do.

Ingram asks the councillor how long the odour coming from the landfill has been impacting the community, and how it has affected residents over the years.
