Closing arguments in the Kody Smart trial

It was the last day of trial for a man accused of killing his one year old grandson, Kody Smart. The crown and defence presented their closing arguments today. The judge says he could find Brian Matthews guilty of the original charge, manslaughter by way of assault or criminal negligence, if he finds him guilty.
