Baseball legend to face charges of lying to U.S. Congress about taking performance-enhancing drugs.
Judge Reggie Walton has indicated that statements from Roger Clemens’ former Yankee teammates Andy Pettite, Chuck Knoblach and Mike Stanton will likely not be allowed.
They have stated in the past that trainer Brian McNamee had given performance enhancing drug injections.
The judge has further ruled that Clemens’ defense team can’t tell jurors about rape allegations against McNamee.
