Six-month Sunday parking enforcement pilot begins in Hamilton March 29

The City of Hamilton is assessing the use of parking enforcement on Sundays starting March 29.

Currently, the city only conducts parking enforcement Monday through Saturday.

The new initiative is expected to run for six months on Sundays between 5:45 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Enforcement is set to be complaint-based instead of through active ticketing. This method is meant to allow the community to adjust to the new enforcement.
