City of Hamilton refunding alcohol consumption tickets given out between 2005 and 2021

For those who received By-law tickets for alcohol consumption in City of Hamilton Parks, you may get a refund.

The City says it will be refunding tickets that were given out between 2005 and 2021, because there was no By-law in place during that time.
