City crews fence in possibly toxic site

City officials are asking Ontario’s Environment Ministry to find out what’s inside dozens of drums left inside an abandonded warehouse, on the West Harbour stadium grounds. 

After revelations by a community activist that fencing was flimsy, officials began reinforcing fencing on the property.  CHCH News made a return visit Thursday.
