Some stores on Locke St. will stay open with extended hours.
The tree lighting kicks off this year’s Christmas on Locke event, which includes carolers, a petting zoo and face painting on Saturday.
On Dec. 8, Hamilton Public Library’s Locke St. branch will host a Christmas story time at 10:30 a.m.
