Chef Michael Smith visits Brock U

Celebrity chef Michael Smith brought his simple, sustainable home cooking ideas to Brock University today.

Smith’s one of Canada’s best known chefs and host of Chef Michael’s Kitchen. He was at Brock to sign copies of his latest cookbook, Fast Flavours. Before he did that, he served up sandwiches to students.
