Celebration follows gunshots as 2nd bombing suspect captured
Updated First there were gunshots – and then there were cheers.
Dzokar Tsarnaezv, the 19-year old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings has been taken into custody – alive – but he is in serious condition. There was an exchange of gunfire before he was captured, ending a manhunt that began late last night.
The capture tonight, and the death of the other suspect come just four days after the attack that killed three and wounded more than 180 others. It’s a day of horror that many will never forget.
