VIDEO: A spirited sparring session in the House of Commons Tuesday as Prime Minister Mark Carney faced off against the Conservative leader for the first time since Pierre Poilievre survived his party’s leadership review. Former prime minister Stephen Harper was there too, in Ottawa for some special honours and asserting he doesn’t support the push for independence by some in Alberta.
