A candlelight vigil is planned Wednesday night for the victims of Sunday’s mass shooting on in Toronto’s Greektown.
Two people were killed and 13 others injured when a gunman opened fire along Danforth Ave. Sunday night.
On Tuesday night, Toronto Police identified the young girl killed in Sunday’s shooting as Julianna Kozis.
The Markham girl was having ice cream with her family on Danforth Ave. when she was shot.
“This senseless act of violence has shaken and hurt us,” said Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti in a statement.

The second person killed in the attack has been identified as Reese Fallon.
The 18-year-old was due to attend McMaster University to study nursing this fall.
On Wednesday night, residents will meet at a local church before walking along the same stretch of road where Fallon and Kozis were killed.

The gunman has been identified as 29-year-old Faisal Hussain.
He was found dead nearby and an SIU investigation is underway to determine if he was killed by police or took his own life.
