Cancer scammer pleads guilty to most serious charge

Ashley Kirilow, the Burlington woman who’s garnered international attention after faking cancer to raise money for a bogus charity — then keeping the money for herself, has made her first admission of guilt on the most serious fraud charge she’s facing.
