Cancer causing chemical discovered in the soil around the Kenilworth water reservoir

Hamilton city councillors learned today that carcinogen laced soil is sitting on the Kenilworth water reservoir. Officials say there is no public health concern and no water has been contaminated. But as Lisa Hepfner reports, some councillors are concerned they’re only learning now what some staff have known for months.
