Statistics Canada is reporting that the country’s economy rebounded in the third quarter of this year with 2.6 per cent growth.
The national statistical agency says a stronger trade balance helped fuel the recovery from a U.S.-tariff-driven decline of 1.8 per cent in real GDP for the previous quarter.
It adds that the growth in government capital spending also helped fuel the economy and that the resale housing market was also on the rise.
