Burlington condo project gets underway

Construction began today on a new Burlington condo that’s being celebrated as somewhat of a game changer. Adi Development Group’s LINK condos & lofts are introducing scalable density and a mix of housing types to the area.

CEO Tariq Adi told CHCH News, “the development’s a bit of a unique development in a sense that it introduces a very high design architectural element to the community that was somewhat lacking. It created a very affordable price point in the community as well for people who otherwise couldn’t have lived here.”

Homes in the neighbourhood are mostly more than a million dollars. The condos start from $214,000. The city may soon see more of this type of development.
