Brantford police seized drugs after arresting a man in breach of judicial conditions.

Police say the Tactical Intelligence Generated Enforcement and Response Unit (T.I.G.E.R) initiated criminal investigation.

The unit located a man in breach of judicial conditions during the investigation. He was subsequently arrested.

During a search incident to arrest, police found fentanyl and cocaine worth $37,436.

Police also found an expandable baton, digital scales, a switch blade, a bullet proof vest, and money.

27-year-old Adam Derie from Toronto has been charged with drug and weapon possession charges. He has also been charged with failure to comply with judicial release order.
