Brantford police seeking two men after stabbing

Brantford police say it is investigating a stabbing.

Investigator say on Monday, April 11 at around 3:00 p.m., officers responded to a residence located near Colborne Street and Peel Street after receiving the report of the stabbing.

Officers say they found a man with multiple stab wounds. He was transported to hospital where he received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say they are looking for two men who were reported to have been wearing all black clothing and masks covering their faces and fled the scene on foot. A detailed description of the men is currently not available.

Officers say they believe this may be a targeted attack and that there is no threat to public safety.
