Bosma accused in court via video

(Updated) The trio accused in the murder of Tim Bosma have had their next court dates put over to june 19th.

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are both charged with first degree murder. Millard is also charged with forcible confinement and theft.

Christine Noudga is charged as an accomplice to the murder, and is expected to have a bail and a show cause hearing.

Bosma, a 32 year old father from Ancaster, disappeared last May after he went on a test drive with two men in his truck. His burned remains were later found at an Ayr, Ontario farm owned by Millard.
