Body parts found match New York woman

Police say human remains found Sunday in near Niagara Falls, New York belong to a mother of three who disappeared last month.

A bag containing the remains was found floating in a lake at Hyde Park.

Two days earlier New York State police confirmed that a torso found near the base of Niagara Falls on the Canadian side belonged to Loretta Gates.

Police haven’t said how the 30 year old American woman was killed.
