The Toronto Blue Jays announced the first phase of renovations to Rogers Centre that will open to fans for the 2023 season on April 11.

The Rogers Centre is adding four outfield neighbourhoods, including a rooftop patio with the CN Tower in sight and a newly-built park for fans to gather and socialize.

The first phase of the renovations also includes the “Stop Bar” for pre-game drinks located behind the batter’s eye, and the “Catch Bar”, which sits above the visitors’ bullpen with a view of the ballpark.

Additionally, all the seats in the 500 level are removed, with only one section of new seats partly installed and warming up relief pitchers will now be within feet of fans.
