Billy Mason murder trial delayed, witness to remain in jail

An errant witness was finally brought to court at the Billy Mason murder trial today.

Police had to track down and arrest Carol Anne Eaton when she didn’t show up to testify last week.

As Lisa Hepfner reports, Eaton is believed to have been living with the accused Jeremy Hall, and their children, back in 2006 when Billy Mason was murdered.
