Benefit concert for Danforth shooting victims

Tickets go on sale today for a benefit concert set up to support the victims of the deadly shooting on Danforth Avenue.

Canadian rockers Billy Talent will be hosting the “Toronto Together” fundraiser, which is scheduled for August 11 at the Danforth Music Hall.

Other acts will include City and Colour and the rock band “Pup.”

The venue is just steps away from where 18-year-old Reese Fallon and 10-year-old Julianna Kozis were killed and where 13 others were injured by a gunman.

Tickets will be limited to 2 per person and will be sold for $50 each through the “Toronto Together” website.
