Bell wireless lawsuit

You might want to take note if you have a cell phone contract with Bell Mobility.

Bell mobility and parent company BCE have been served notice of a $100 million class action lawsuit, alleging that expiry dates on its pre-paid wireless services are illegal.

If certified as a class action by the court, this case would represent anyone in Ontario who bought or otherwise acquired pre-paid wireless services from Bell, Virgin and Solo mobile since May 2010.

The allegations have not yet been proven in court.
