The trial resumed today for Neil Bantleman, a Burlington teacher jailed in Indonesia, accused of sexually assaulting three students at a school there.

A psychologist returned to court to complete her testimony. She confirmed she is not a clinical forensic psychologist, meaning she is not trained to assess children where sexual abuse is suspected.

Today’s session also called on two other psychologists who classified as experts.

Bantleman has been in custody since July. His trial is expected to last 3 months; if convicted Bantleman could face up to 15 years in prison.

He will return to court on Tuesday.
