Bank robbery at Hamilton BMO

Hamilton police are investigating a bank robbery on Queenston Road.

Tuesday at around 11am, a suspect entered the Bank of Montreal.

The man then vaulted the counter and grabbed some cash.

He mentioned something to staff that led them to believe he was armed, but no one saw a weapon.

The man was last seen running west towards Parkdale Avenue.

Police are now looking for a white male, around 35 years old, with a tanned complexion.

He was wearing a maroon sweater.
