Baby born on Hamilton sidewalk outside St. Joseph’s Hospital

A remarkable event took place in Hamilton Sunday morning. A baby decided it was time to be born whether his parents were ready or not.

But there are serious questions about why the parents ran into locked doors when they arrived at St. Joseph’s hospital, and why they had to deliver their baby on the sidewalk with no doctors or nurses.
