Average Hamilton and Burlington housing prices show slight decrease

The real estate market has been red hot for the past couple of years but there are some signs that it could be slowing down. 

For the first time in a long time, the Hamilton and Burlington Real Estate Board is reporting that the average price of a home has actually slightly decreased.
