Art gallery of Hamilton’s unique ‘Soundbites’ exhibit

It’s not like any art exhibit you’ve been to before. You are encouraged to bring headphones, use cellphones, and touch the art pieces on the wall.
Roger Mooking is a globally recognized artist born in Trinidad and raised in Canada. His art is on display at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Mooking brings a unique background to this exhibit, creating works of art in the kitchen as a chef, as well as a visual and recording artist.
In this exhibit, Mooking describes a part of life, from birth to adolescence; the next stop: is adulthood.
There was some hesitation to interact with the exhibit from visitors, but eventually, they gave it a try. The Art Gallery of Hamilton is reminding future visitors that the “Soundbites” exhibit is on until late February. It is free and for all ages.
