Arrests made in drug investigation

On March 30, 20116, members of the Halton Regional Police, Oakville Street Crime Unit and Intograted Drug Gun and Gang Unit arrested two Burlington residents in conclusion to an ongoing drug investigation. Search warrents were executed in two North Burlington addresses and resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of drugs and approximately $8000.00 in case. The estimated value of the seized drugs are:

• Marihuana – $11,640.00,
• Cocaine – $6,500.00,
• Hash – $23,000.00,
• Hash Oil – $180.00

Douglas Browne, 43 years of Burlington and Francisco Rosa, 45 years of Burlington have been charged with various drug related offences and held for bail hearings, they will appear in Milton Court on March 31st.
