Arrests in Spencer homicide

Toronto Police have arrested two men in connection with the murder of an aspiring rapper whose body was dumped at a Scarborough hospital.

Anthony Spencer, 23, was shot and killed at a Scarborough recording studio in January.

Police held a news conference today, and Scot Urquhart is standing by with some details from that:
