Arrest in paving scam

A St. Catharines man has been arrested in an alleged paving scam.

Niagara police say at least 21 people have lost money after paying up front for having their driveways paved by a man who didn’t show up to do the work. 48 year old Paul Henhawk is charged with fraud, and has a bail hearing Wednesday.
