Ancaster residents said the city knew there might be a flood potential

Residents of an Ancaster neighbourhood are still cleaning up their basements tonight after a water main break lead to flooding last night.

The neighbours say the city knew there was a problem with the area catch basin. Kate Carnegie has the details.
