The Ancaster Aquatic Centre is closing from August 2 until the middle of September for repairs.

The City of Hamilton says the closure for the Centre on Meadowbrook Drive is to re-grout the pool and maintain its basin, and for enhancements to the building’s entrance.

The parking lot near Ancaster High School on Jerseyville Road will also be repaired.

The facility is expected to re-open on Sept. 16.
