Alek Minassian wanted to kill 100 people, but satisfied with 10 deaths, court hears

Alex Minassian was excited that he managed to kill 10 people on yonge street in 2018, although his goal had been to kill a hundred. A psychologist now on the stand at the virtual trial says he should be found criminally responsible. Lisa Hepfner reports.
