Alcohol and cannabis sales rose during the pandemic

Anecdotally, many have admitted that their alcohol and or cannabis consumption shot up during the pandemic. Now a study out of McMaster is putting out numbers to confirm it. Researchers hope it helps allocate resources to those who may not be able to kick the habit now that the pandemic has leveled off. Phil Perkins reports.
