Accused killer testifies at trial

A jury heard the last of the evidence in the Patrick Smith murder trial today.

The 27-year-old says he killed Elham Dashti while she was working inside her King Street High Times store in 2010, but he denies doing it deliberately. Lisa Hepfner shows us his taped confession to police.
