A woman was caught on video yelling racist taunts and assaulting a woman in Niagara

A racist rant was caught on camera during a parking dispute at the Niagara outlet mall.

The victim is speaking out after the boxing day incident, saying she is shocked and saddened by the racist comments and physical violence.
