A metre of snow hits London in just over a day

More than a metre of snow has fallen in parts of London, Ontario in a little more than 24 hours.

Environment Canada says it is showing no signs of stopping. The brutal blast of winter forced some schools and businesses to shut down for a second day. Sean Cowan has more.
