7 weeks without an elevator for residents of a Niagara Falls apartment building

Frustrated residents of an eight-storey, Niagara Falls apartment building have been without an elevator for seven weeks.

Repairs have been delayed due to a wait on a new fire panel.

Majority of the residents are seniors.

A date of completion has not been mentioned by the buildings owner.
