Canada is condemning an Israeli airstrike that killed seven aid workers in the Gaza strip and is demanding a full investigation.

Israel’s deadly strike is a new blow to humanitarian efforts.

Seven people – including a Canada-U.S. dual citizen – were killed while trying to deliver food to starving Palestinians.

The aid workers were with “World Central Kitchen.”

The charity is now saying it’s immediately pausing operations in the region.

While Israel says the strike was an accident, it’s not easing the anger from world leaders.

The U.S. is “outraged” while Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is calling for a full investigation.
